The merchandising team will ensure customer satisfaction providing the Market Updated Information and developing new resources and products, Effective costing and price negotiations, Sampling of Merchandise to specifications. , highlighting production status and other customized reports in customers requested format.
Communications and coordination with the buyer on a daily basis
Keep sending to customers for updates about the progress in production at every stage, and maintaining a proactive approach to preventing potential problems and ensure on-time delivery of the finished goods.
Proper follow up on developments program, sending status to clients of samples program regularly
Ensure all samples are made with perfection and up to buyer’s
specification and requirement.
On-time sample submissions.
To make targets of sample dates with customers.
Coordinates with factory and Merchandisers to figure out the technical aspects
of a product as designed and required by customer.
To ensure all fittings / construction /compositions / workmanship are correctly
followed.
Sample Assessment, Factory evaluations, Identify and pre-production problems during placement of new orders,
Monitor laboratory test results of all required items of products as well as final products, analyze quality data and share and co-ordinates all results with Buyer.
QA / merchandising team maintain the accurate product specifications details during productions and records as per customer requirements
Make sure every matching of each fabrics role has been checked throughout making individual shade band / blanket of each dye lot to check color consistency.
Make sure that dyes/chemicals or Colors being used during dyed are as per International testing standards, friendly to Natural environment and causes no harms or effects to end user of these products.
Handle Every Lot’s Technical data related to the individual fabric i.e. shrinkage results, weight , GSM, torque, color bleeding, dry-wet, home laundering, are being followed International standards..
Quality Assurance teams monitor and went to factory regularly to check the quality and specifications of customers and well versed with the AQL standards or equivalent.
Each Quality Inspector has been assigned in individual factory to maintain quality and to perform the Bridge Services to connect all other departments of Apparel Connection with Factory Management and technical Staff.

All Quality Inspectors Report to Production coordinators / Quality Assurance Manager & superior Chief Operating Officer and takes decision to release the final produced goods.
Shipping Dept.
– Our shipping / Logistics dept. always keep record on long term and short term vessel to give feedback to customer in order to select the best option by clients for their shipments
– Shipping / Logistic dept. always do close monitor on rates on vessel and air freight, after working with few shipping line, they offer to client the best fright rates.
– Shipping dept. is very conversant and expert in collaboration in between factory, Customers as well as shipping lines to ship out the goods smoothly
– Team always keep close connection regularly with merchandising team, QA team to get the correct information’s from factory for shipments plan on each orders
– Team has expertise to share the shipping plan with providing all kind of shipping information’s including cartooning, weight, CBM etc… To take decision by clients on shipping out goods.
– This team always keep close eyes on loading and unloading the goods once goods reach to forwarder warehouse.
Shipping/logistic dept. always give top priority in order to making correct documentations to avoid any kind of discrepancy and follow up the process upto reach to customer’s warehouse.
– Shipping dept. daily basis follow up on LC issues, provide feedback to customers if any discrepancy found out in LCs, tracking shipments and take all kind of initiatives on smooth payments.
– Team always keep the record and do filling of all shipped out goods regularly to give feedback to clients if needed by anytime.
Compliance of Factory and products:
To meet complete requirement of Global Industry and standards, we always seek to provide our customers The Best Support. In connection of this subject, we ensure the Factory compliances, Certification on Safety and Social compliance audits.
Our Team regularly monitor the compliance issue regularly in terms of renewal. We source only those supplier who has updated and well certification on Compliance as currently all customer focusing goods taking from Bangladesh.
Our all factories are own the certificates of BSCI , WRAP , ISO-standard , QCA , C-TPAT
Our Team conducts un-announced Audits of all sort to keep an eye to factory Compliances / social Responsibility and their safety / health and environ standards as well as documents procedures are maintaining or not.
MAASS – make sure all laboratory test has been done of all required items of products as well as final products.
